Application Booklets and Application Forms for teacher certification are in a PDF format and require you to have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer.
$100 nonrefundable fee for in-state certification applications.
The in-state fee must be submitted along with each application for any type of certification where the applicant has completed an approved teacher education program through a Pennsylvania college/university with recommendation from that college/university and applications from a currently certified Pennsylvania educator seeking an additional certification(s).
$160 nonrefundable fee for out-of-state certification applications.
The out-of-state fee must be submitted along with each application in the following two circumstances: (1) an application received from a graduate of a teacher education program at a college/university outside of Pennsylvania or (2) an application received from an educator certified by another state.
Applications with the incorrect fee attached will be returned.
